Not Your Oprah’s Bookclub

·        You don’t have to finish a book to join the discussion

·        Groups will be kept to a small size (maximum of 15 per group)

·        There are no wrong opinions – conversation will be led by open-minded individuals who expect open minded responses.

·        Any blatant lack of respect will be grounds for removal

·        The Book Club will use the Oakland as home base, but we will also hold meetings at locally-owned restaurants and businesses.

·        Members can leave the book club at any time but admission fee will NOT be refunded

·        Enrollment is open at all times

·        Members do NOT have to attend all meetings in order to maintain membership
